Sozo Children is looking for a full-time Pricer.  The Pricer is primarily responsible for the processing, pricing, and preparation for all saleable items for the thrift enterprises.

It is the duty of the Pricer to hold to the mission, vision, and core values of Sozo Children.

Responsibilities:

• Performs final sort of donations to determine value of each item based on style, quality, and condition in connection with its original value
• Assists Production team to ensure that all procedures and protocols are followed by staff and volunteers.
• Partners with Production team to maintain order, cleanliness, and safety of production areas
• Provides exemplary service and always presents a professional attitude when interacting with coworkers
• Responsible for maintaining a neat, orderly, and clean production area at all times
• Meets daily, weekly, and monthly production quotas
• Ensures that production inventory is staged in designated areas
• Communicates with Production Manager regarding maintenance and supply requests

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

• High School Diploma, High School Equivalency Certificate, or GED

Experience:

• Experience in retail and/or thrift store experience

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand at work stations for long periods of time
• Able to work at least 2 Saturdays a month
• Proven ability to resolve issues in a calm and efficient manner
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Functional computer knowledge including email
• Servant leader
• Quick learner and enjoys the challenge of taking on new assignments
• Willingness to be a team player
